EVA’s consolidated revenue for the first half of 2025 amounted to 137 billion rubles (including results from FSK Group, MSU-1, Larta Group, Partner Group, and others). These figures are virtually comparable to the same period in 2024, with growth for the current half of the year amounting to 3%. This was reported by the company.

The company sold 344,086,000 square meters of real estate, an 18% increase year-on-year. Revenue from real estate sales amounted to 88.9 billion rubles, accounting for over 50% of the group’s consolidated revenue.
